They are elegant and expressive yet grounded, just like Miavana herself.

Our list, most of which is inclusive, pays particular homage to the wines of South Africa, not only because they are exceptional, but because they share our spirit: shaped by salt, sun, and soul. Alongside them, you’ll find old-world legends and new-world discoveries, including an ever-evolving collection of French champagnes for celebrations. Some are included as part of your stay, a quiet luxury we delight in sharing, because we feel every day is worth celebrating on the island. The cocktail menu is a love letter to the island itself. Recently, we welcomed Julian Short, one of South Africa’s most imaginative mixologists, to Toulou’s Bar at Miavana. With our brilliant bar team, he dreamed up a brand-new suite of signature cocktails using ingredients grown in this very soil: vanilla, lime, charred pineapple, wild herbs, and coconut. Each drink is inspired by the rhythms and poetry of the Malagasy language. Some are familiar with a twist; others are wonderfully unexpected, but all are designed to delight.

Of course, all the classics are available, and for those who prefer their refreshment without spirits, we pour just as much joy into every glass.
